CAPICHE.
Forged carbon and exact-fit 911 parts, built by hand in Tucson. Plus scan-to-print, custom layup, and carbon stock for the trade.
The carbon your 911 should have come with. Made right, made once, made here.
Carbon is not a sticker. It is a discipline. We forge it, lay it, print it, and finish it in one Tucson shop, by hand, to a fit the factory never offered. No universal parts. No shortcuts. Every piece is built for one car, one owner, one standard. If it does not read right in the light, it does not ship. You know good work when you feel it. Capiche.
Four to start.
Four parts for the 911 world, each built for one job and one fitment. No universal brackets, no guesswork. Forged carbon on the outside, exact-fit engineering underneath, and a finish you can feel before you read the spec.

Bring a part, a sketch, or the whole car. We do one-off carbon layup, scan-to-print reproduction of trim the factory stopped making, and in-vehicle install and tuning. Install is quoted on its own, so the price of the part stays clean.
Custom Carbon Layup / Bespoke Parts
One-off and small-batch carbon parts from your CAD, sample, or sketch, trim, aero, brackets, interior. Prepreg or forged, cosmetic-grade. One-time tooling billed as setup.
3D Scan-to-Print
Scan a part and reproduce it in carbon-nylon (PA-CF) or true carbon layup, discontinued trim, obsolete brackets, one-off fitment. Scan + first article included.
In-Vehicle Installation & Tuning
Professional fitment of the Stealth Lockbox, backup-camera retrofit, and audio package, plus final in-car tuning. Booked separately from parts, so product COGS stays clean.
Dealer ladder.
Carbon by the case, for shops that build. Twill sheet, chopped tow, and finished forged blanks, priced with the landed cost on the table and MOQ tiers that reward volume. What you pay in freight, duty, and brokerage is written down, not buried.
Carbon by the case. Sheet, tow, and finished blanks, landed direct and priced per case. The headline HTS rate on carbon articles (heading 6815) is zero, but China origin stock stacks Section 301 and the 2025 tariffs to an effective 35 to 55 percent, so we source smart and quote you a real landed number, not a fantasy one. Finished 911 parts are quoted per SKU on the same idea, more volume, better number.
The Math
Most shops hide the number. We show it. Every price starts from a real bill of materials, loaded labor, finishing, and scrap, then lands at a fair premium inside the live market. Nothing sits below what it costs to build, and nothing sits above what the market will honor. If you want to see the math, it is right here.
- Pricing reconciles the bottom-up COGS model with live market anchors: each retail hits a 55-70% gross margin AND sits at a credible premium point inside the observed market range, never below COGS, never above the market ceiling.
- Margin definition: marginPct = (price - COGS) / price (gross margin on price), computed on recurring COGS only.
- Recurring COGS excludes one-time mold/tooling NRE (billed as setup) and in-vehicle installation (billed via the Installation service). COGS formula: (material + machine + labor + finishing) x (1 + scrap%) + packaging; loaded labor $35/hr.
- Mount base SKU is the passive N52 MagSafe mount (COGS $53.33) at $149 (64.2%), top of the cost target and just under Rennline's $150 charging tier, justified by the only carbon + exact-911-fit combo on the market. Active Qi2 charging variant adds about $9 COGS and is offered at +$40 ($189), landing in the market's $165-195 charging band.
- Stealthbox hero SKU is biometric (COGS $257.98) at $799 (67.7%), a bespoke carbon vault has no direct comp; steel console vaults top out about $472 and a 9-piece 911 carbon set runs $1,488, so carbon commands the premium. Keyed cam-lock variant is about $16 cheaper COGS and offered at -$120 ($679).
- Backupcam at $399 (60.1%) sits at the top of the market's finished-kit band ($250-400) and above CAI's $149.99, priced on the carbon housing + OEM-style integration rather than the commodity camera.
- Audio at $1,499 (66.2%) sits above the CAI turnkey ceiling ($949-1,099) and mid-range of the $1,100-1,800 target, on carbon construction + bench tuning + install-ready fitment.
- Wholesale prices target 35-45% CAPICHE margin (mount 40.1%, stealthbox 42.5%, backupcam 38.5%, audio 40.3%) while leaving shops/installers about 33-44% resale margin to the set retail. Every chain satisfies cogs < wholesale < retail.
- The wholesale/import desk is rendered as the importable 'Carbon Stock' product line: cogs = landed unit cost ($255/case); the 3-tier case ladder (10/25/50) lives in wholesaleTiers and steps margin down (40.0% -> 30.9%) as volume rises. Install is surfaced as the third value-add service because the cost model bills it separately from product COGS.
- Landed model uses HTS 6815.13.0000 General (MFN) rate of 0% (FOB $215 + freight $28 + duty $0 + broker $12 = $255). CRITICAL: China-origin carbon stacks Section 301 (7.5-25%) + 2025 IEEPA tariffs -> effective about 35-55%; the 0% headline is only realized via non-China MFN / FTA (USMCA) origin. Re-verify at hts.usitc.gov and with a customs broker before any PO.
- Finished 911 accessories would classify under 8708.29 (2.5% MFN) if imported; the four hero products are made in Tucson (importable:false), so no import duty applies to them.
- Component prices are low-MOQ distributor estimates (expect 20-40% lower at production volume); batching 20+ mounts cuts finishing labor about 30%. Lead times assume low-volume made-to-order from a single Tucson AZ shop. All figures are July-2026 US estimates in a volatile 2025-26 tariff environment.
Capiche?
Will it fit my 911?
Every hero part is built for a specific 911, not a universal shape. The phone mount fits 992 (2019+) with a 991 (2012 to 2019) variant. The lockbox, audio, and camera kits cover the 964, 993, 996, 997, 991, and 992 depending on the part, all on model-specific bracketry. Tell us the year and model and we confirm fitment before anything is built.
What is the carbon, really?
Real fiber, not a wrap or a film. Cosmetic faces are forged carbon, chopped T700 tow with a surface veil under 2K clear. Structural parts are prepreg 2x2 twill 3K over cored layups, reinforced where it counts with printed PA-CF and CF-nylon. Finish is matte forged-black under satin clear, with titanium-tone hardware and one molten accent.
How long does it take?
Everything is made to order in one Tucson shop, so lead time tracks the part. The phone mount runs 2 to 3 weeks, the camera kit 3 to 4, the lockbox 4 to 6, and the audio package 5 to 7. Carbon stock is usually in stock in 1 to 2 weeks, with restock in 6 to 10. If you have a date, tell us and we will tell you straight whether we can hit it.
Do you sell wholesale or to the trade?
Yes. The four hero parts carry set wholesale pricing with low MOQs, so shops and installers keep a fair resale margin to the listed retail. Carbon stock ships by the case with tiers at 10, 25, and 50 cases. If you import, we quote landed cost in full and flag origin and tariff exposure before you commit to a PO.
Can you install it?
We can, and we quote it separately on purpose. The lockbox, camera retrofit, and audio package all bench-test before they leave, then in-vehicle fitment and final tuning are booked on their own so the part price stays clean. Install runs from 200 dollars, most jobs sit in the shop for a day or two, and you book about a week or two out.
What is the warranty?
Coverage matches the build. The phone mount carries 2 years on finish and hardware, the lockbox 3 years on shell and lock, and the audio package 2 years on fabrication with 1 year on electronics. The camera kit carries 1 year on electronics. If a finish or a bond fails on our workmanship, we make it right.
Tell us the car.
