Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email once your order is accepted and goes into production. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or if we spot an error in pricing or description, and we will refund anything already charged.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but if an obvious pricing error occurs, we are not obligated to honor it.

Intellectual property

The name THE FINE PRINT, our designs, artwork, photography, and copy are ours. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our products are sold as is, beyond the defect and damage coverage in our returns policy. To the fullest extent allowed by law, THE FINE PRINT is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
